Virtual Studio Safety Precautions

You are engaging in this activity at your own risk and it is up to you to perform these activities in an open area free from obstacles.

Make sure there is enough space for the class and the area is free of glass or other breakable items.

Make sure the floor is not slippery. A yoga mat may be used if available.

For any participant under 12, an appropriate adult (parent/carer aged 18+) must be present in the room at the same time.
Parental / Guardian Agreement for Minors
I, a parent/guardian of registering child/minor allow my child to participate in Academy One’s online dance class/es via the Zoom Conferencing Service. I/We are voluntarily choose to participate in this service via the Zoom online platform, and hold Academy One free from liability in relation to any concerns in relation to the online platform use.
I/We agree with the safety precautions advised by Academy One, and will ensure all precautions are taken during the child’s class/es.
I acknowledge that the teachers and school of Academy One are not responsible or liable for any injury or accident incurred during the class/es and understand that a responsible adult should be present in the room at the time of the class/es.
